MSP GLOBAL EVENT

If 2025 showed us anything, it’s that “AI is coming” has officially been retired as a conference talking point. It arrived. Now the conversations are about what to do with it: how to price AI-powered services, how to compete when every vendor has slapped “AI-first” on their homepage, and how to stop your clients from thinking they can just replace you with a chatbot.

Our selected 2026 MSP conferences don’t waste your time with hypotheticals. They bring operators who’ve already done the thing—scaled the service desk, survived the breach, closed the acquisition—and have them share exactly how they did it.

Here’s a selection of managed services events and gatherings to consider between now and the new year.

MSPGeekCon (May 17–19, 2026)

Location: Rosen Centre Hotel, Orlando, Florida, USA

MSPGeekCon is back for its fourth year, and it’s the rare conference that’s genuinely built by the people it serves. There’s no corporate gloss here—this is a community-driven event where the engineers, ops leads, and founders who run MSPs every day also design the sessions.

The 2026 theme is Journey Through an MSP: From T to X, and it’s a refreshing acknowledgement that not everyone at an MSP conference is a CEO. Sessions span the full spectrum of roles—technical, operational, managerial, and everything in between—so whether you’re running the service desk or planning an acquisition, there’s content built for where you actually sit.

Expect hands-on pre-day workshops, deep dives into automation, cybersecurity, and AI, plus honest peer conversation. Around 600 attendees are expected, which keeps the networking meaningful rather than chaotic.

Managed Services Summit Series (Various Dates and Locations)

Locations and dates:

  • MSS Benelux: 30 June 2026, Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • MSS London: 9 September 2026, London, UK
  • MSS Nordics: 5 November 2026, Stockholm, Sweden
  • MSS Manchester: 17 November 2026, Manchester, UK

The Managed Services Summit series offers local options across the European MSP calendar. Registration is free for director and senior management-level representatives of MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and systems integrators.

Now in its 16th year in London and its 8th year in Benelux, the series has built a reputation for pairing high-level presentations with genuine networking time with structured sessions designed to get people talking.

Topics across the 2026 series will cover advanced cybersecurity, Cloud optimisation, AI-led services, client retention, and how MSPs can position themselves as strategic advisors rather than break/fix providers. The four-city European footprint makes this a practical choice for those looking for a more localized event.

MSP Summit – Fall Edition (September 28–30, 2026)

Location: Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Orlando, Florida, USA

MSP Summit is a key event on the US calendar. Over 1,500 professionals will converge at the Loews Royal Pacific for three days of sessions across business growth, AI-powered operations, scalable recurring revenue, and cybersecurity. The expo hall brings together 120+ vendors with dedicated MSP partner programmes, helpful if you’re evaluating your stack or looking for new partnerships.

The highlight of the weekend is the MSP 501 Gala—an invite-only celebration of the year’s most exceptional managed service providers.

The event also runs dedicated peer group sessions segmented by business size, which means the conversations stay relevant whether you’re running a ten-person shop or a multi-location operation.

MSP Show & Service Desk Show Utrecht (22 September 2026)

Location: Jaarbeurs, Utrecht, Netherlands

The MSP Show makes its Dutch debut in September 2026, co-located with the Service Desk & IT Support Show at Jaarbeurs Utrecht. This is one of Europe’s leading ITSM events, landing on the continent for the first time.

More than 60 leading vendors will be on the floor, and the free training program will include expert-led sessions on ITSM best practices, AI integration in support workflows, and the operational tools shaping modern service delivery. The co-location format means MSPs can move between managed services and IT support content in a single venue.

If you’re a European MSP looking to sharpen your service desk operations, mark this one in the diary.

Kaseya Connect Europe 16-18 June 2026

Location: Prague Congress Centre, Czechia

Kaseya Connect Europe is a key MSP event for those working within—or considering—the Kaseya ecosystem.

If your stack includes Datto, IT Glue, BMS, Kaseya 365, or any of the other tools in the suite, this is where you’ll get the clearest possible view of where the platform is heading. Product roadmap announcements that shape how MSPs operate for the next twelve months tend to happen here. Conference passes start at €599, with training and social add-ons available for €199.

IT Nation Connect Global (November 4–6, 2026)

Location: Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel, Orlando, USA

IT Nation Connect Global promises that the 2026 edition in Florida will be its most comprehensive yet.

The event brings together MSP owners, executives, engineers, and vendors for three days of sessions that span leadership, operations, sales, marketing, strategy, cybersecurity, and M&A.

Recurring themes for 2026 include AI-driven structural change in MSP workflows, ransomware response and negotiation, Microsoft 365 security monetization, and talent acquisition in the age of AI automation. The closing party on the final Friday afternoon has something of a reputation, and we respect that—so maybe schedule your return flight for Saturday.

MSP GLOBAL (October 21–22, 2026)

Location: PortAventura Theme Park, Barcelona, Spain

If you’re only going to one conference this year, make it MSP GLOBAL, just south of Barcelona.

The team behind CloudFest has done it again: taken over a Mediterranean theme park to create a truly international event for the managed services industry, and built it around serious business in a distinctly non-serious setting.

The 2026 theme is Serve Your Ecosystem—a recognition that the MSPs pulling ahead right now are the ones partnering more strategically with ISVs, other providers, and their own clients rather than trying to do everything alone.

Six business-focused topic tracks cover the challenges MSPs of all sizes and regions are navigating: AI integration, cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, Cloud strategy, sales and marketing, and partnership ecosystems. With 3,000+ attendees expected from across the globe, the networking opportunities here are genuinely different from anything you’ll find elsewhere—especially for European MSPs looking to build international relationships.

Expect next-level networking in a festival environment, plus keynotes from industry insiders and disruptors who will change how you think about running a business.

Standard passes start at €399. Subscribers to the MSP GLOBAL newsletter get a free registration code, which is a pretty compelling reason to sign up.

MSP event themes for 2026

Looking at the 2026 MSP event calendar, a few themes are impossible to miss. AI has moved from aspiration to implementation—the question now is how to price it, operationalise it, and communicate its value to clients.

Cybersecurity remains the highest-growth and highest-risk area of the MSP business, with breach response and compliance frameworks dominating the technical agenda. M&A is everywhere: whether you’re buying, selling, or just trying to understand your valuation, these conversations are happening at almost every event.
