What is MSP GLOBAL?

MSP GLOBAL is where the international IT managed services community comes together. Across two days of sessions, training, and networking, you’ll explore the ideas and technology shaping the future of managed services. Add some unforgettable social events such as live concerts and an exclusive seaside beach club party, and you’ll see why MSP GLOBAL has become the must-attend gathering for ambitious service providers.

• Wednesday, October 22: Morning and afternoon sessions, ConneXion Party

  Terraces Convention Center, October 21, 7:00 – 11:00 pm
  Kick things off with views over the Convention Center terraces. Expect tasty bites, drinks, and a DJ to keep things lively.
• ConneXion Party, powered by Acronis
  Far West Area in PortAventura Park, October 22, 7:30 pm – 1.00 am
  A legendary takeover of PortAventura’s Old Western Town, complete with BBQ, live music, and a wild-west saloon afterparty.
• Beach House Party
  Infinitum Beach Club, October 23, 6:00 pm – 11.00 pm
  Relax by the pool or the beach as we close out MSP GLOBAL in style in one of Spain’s most beautiful resorts. The perfect ending to an intense and inspiring week. Space is strictly limited, and RSVP is required—watch your inbox for an invitation.
• Terrace Fiesta
  Hotel Caribe, October 23, 7:00 pm – 11:00 pm
  Gather with new and old friends at the Bodeguita del Medio Bar and terrace at Hotel Caribe, overlooking the beautiful lagoon pool and its famous white sands. This party is open to all attendees, no RSVP needed!

Badges
Pick up your badge at the Registration Desk inside the Convention Center main entrance. Bring your confirmation email with QR code.

Parking
Guests at Hotel PortAventura and Hotel Caribe: Free parking directly in front of the hotel.
Other attendees: Use the official Convention Center car park.

Airport Shuttle
A free shuttle service runs between BCN Airport, our two partner hotels, and the main festival venue. Reserve your seats in advance, because this is a very popular service! Full schedules and booking: MSP GLOBAL Shuttle Service.

WiFi
Free WiFi is available across the exhibition areas. The password will be displayed onsite.

VIP Shuttle
Available for VIP pass holders between all festival locations at PortAventura—don’t forget your badge.

Food & Catering

Nobody networks well on an empty stomach. Here’s what you can expect—and remember to carry your badge, as lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner are all included.

• Lunch (12:30–2:00 pm)

  • VIP attendees: Damascus, 1st floor, Convention Center.

Accommodation

As MSP GLOBAL grows, so does the choice of hotels. Choose between Hotel Portaventura and Hotel Caribe, the latter offering unique Caribbean style and its own white sand beach.

Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out 11:00am.
