MSPs move to Compliance-as-a-Service

Increased regulation, especially in Western Europe, is driving the expected growth of Compliance-as-a-Service offerings. What was once a minor add-on is now seen by many clients as essential for managing risk and winning new business.

Drop in Cloud and DevOps expansion plans

While AI and Security Operations are the technology areas where MSPs are focusing expansions, there are some noticeable services where plans to expand are lessening.

Public Managed Cloud Services, such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud, have dropped 7 points. There’s an even bigger decline in DevOps expansion plans, with interest falling from 27% to 14%.
