Top 3 MSP services
Technical support: 68%
That Technical Support is the most offered service may not be surprising, but the fact that almost a third of MSPs do not offer such support may be.
Cloud Services: 65%
Cloud Services, including IaaS and SaaS management, plus Cloud migration, are at the heart of the MSP offering. Could shifts to data sovereignty make this an even bigger play?
Cybersecurity Services: 59%
Cybersecurity is seen as a growth area for MSPs, especially among small and medium-sized clients that are increasingly being targeted. Cyber services, including SOC, MDR, and firewall management, are likely to increase as MSPs expand into the MSSP arena.
MSPs plan to invest in AI and security operations
AI investment is firmly on the rise for IT and tech professionals. Right now, 39% say it’s already a dedicated part of their service portfolio. Looking ahead, more than half of MSP experts (58%) expect their companies to launch or expand AI offerings in the coming year. That growth area is followed by continued investment in security operations.
