So you finally convinced your boss to let you escape Excel Hell and expense some plane tickets. Smart move. When the architect of Sagrada Familia can teach MSPs a thing or two about modernizing legacy systems, you know that these aren’t your typical “death by PowerPoint” events.
In fact, 2025 MSP conferences are supposed to be different. We’ve gone way past the “AI is coming” (it’s here) and the “future of work” panels (we’re living it). Instead, you’ll find MSPs sharing real automation wins, security pros teaching you how to pressure-test your own infrastructure, and keynotes that will make you rethink the way you provide managed services to clients.
We’ve filtered out the fluff.
No “thought leadership” without substance.
No panels without purpose.
Just pure, actionable intelligence from people who are shaping the industry while others merely talk about it. Let’s dive in!
MSP EXPO (February 11–13, 2025)
Location: Greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA
MSP EXPO is where 1,000 MSP will come together to hear Eric Vaughan, the IgniteTech CEO, talk about his company shutting down every Monday to explore AI (who knows, maybe they’re generating images of cats wearing sunglasses… could be fun).
This double track MSP conference offers technical depth and business growth topics, with passes starting at $149 to $299 for all-access, including sessions on generative AI, 6G, and yes, even the metaverse (could it actually become a thing?).
Another stand-out session is Attracting and Retaining Top Talent: Building a High-Performing MSP Team in which you will learn how to build a high-performing MSP team from some of the leaders in the HR space.
For networking, MSP EXPO prepared a pub crawl on the final day of this MSP summit where you can wrap up deals over a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic beverage.
Zero Trust World (February 19-21, 2025)
Location: Caribe Royale Orlando
Zero Trust World is an MSP conference where you’ll get your hands dirty with PowerShell ETW bypasses and advanced rubber ducky techniques in the lab.
The session lineup looks promising: from MacOS malware protection to cloud data security, you’ll be armed with knowledge and skills that will make your clients stick with you.
What really sets this MSP conference apart from the rest is the lab. While others talk about phishing attacks, you’ll be building them. While others talk about Zero Day defense, you’ll be pressure testing yours.
And if the terms we outlined here made you raise your eyebrows, don’t worry—this is a conference that’s built for MSPs that are just starting their journey as well as for the advanced crowd.
Last year’s all-access passes cost $495.
IT Nation Secure (June 2–4, 2025)
Location: Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center | Orlando

IT Nation Secure will host three days of cybersecurity talk tailored for the MSP crowd. You can expect pre-conference workshops, hands-on labs and breakout sessions, perfect if you want to up your cybersecurity game.
With 1,200 security professionals talking about the latest changes in GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS laws, this is the managed service provider conference you want to be at if you want to help clients navigate the new regulatory landscape.
Your $650 pass includes 3 keynotes, 60+ breakout sessions, 20+ hands-on labs and Solutions Pavillion access with 65+ exhibitors as well as all meals and networking events.
There’s also a $300 pass that gives you access to 3 keynotes, Solution Pavillion and pub crawl. (What is it with pub crawls?)
There’s something there for everyone to geek out about, from the omnipresent AI and hyperautomation to leadership transformation sessions.
Managed Services Summit Series (Various Dates and Locations)
Locations and dates:
- MSS Benelux: July 1, 2025, Amsterdam, Netherlands
- MSS Nordics: October 21, 2025, Stockholm, Sweden
- MSS Manchester: November 18, 2025, Manchester, UK
The best part about the Managed Services Summit is that it’s free if you qualify as a delegate—this means director/senior management level representatives of Managed Service Providers, or Systems Integrators and Solution VARs.
The agenda is still in the works but this was one of the best MSP conferences in 2024, with heavy hitters like Lenovo’s Frederic Braut dropping knowledge on everything from hybrid cloud to, you guessed it, AI.
Cloud and AI Infrastructure Expo (March 12–13, 2025)
Location: London
London’s ExCel is about to host what might be the UK’s biggest MSP conference of the year – Cloud and AI Infrastructure Expo.
We’re talking 20,000 folks from 29 countries talking about the latest developments in cloud computing and AI.
Amazon and Barclays will be in the crowd, but the real draw are sessions Spotify’s Dara Olayebi talking about thriving in tech or Jaguar’s Ravi Jay break down what a global AI transformation looks like at an automotive giant. (Will that new ad campaign finally make sense?
Entry starts at £199, which is a good deal considering the caliber of conversations you’ll be a part of.
MSP GLOBAL (October 22-23, 2025)
Location: PortAventura theme park, Barcelona

If you plan to attend only one conference this year, make it MSP GLOBAL in Barcelona.
This is where the team behind CloudFest flips the script on what a tech conference should be; they’ve literally taken over a theme park to discuss serious business in a not-so-serious setting.
Last year’s standout moment? Watching Sagrada Familia’s lead architect Jordi Faulí explain how he used CAD and 3D imaging to crack a 140-year-old architectural puzzle.
Also, Charlie Brooker, the creator of Black Mirror, gave the crowd some tips on how NOT to become the bad guy in one of his episodes! That’s the kind of left-field innovation that makes this MSP event special, you’ll see game-changing ideas from places you’d never expect.
Between the keynotes and fireside chats, you’ll build the kind of connections that last long after the last rollercoaster stops rolling. Standard passes will run you €399 or go all-in with the €1,999 Vendor VIP pass for access to exclusive high-level networking events. Subscribers to the MSP GLOBAL newsletter get free-registration codes, though. Registrations open soon, and like Barcelona’s best spots, this one tends to fill up fast.
P.S. Take a two-hour train to Figueres to see the Dali museum—it will change your perception of reality!
Final thoughts
Looking at the MSP calendar for 2025, we can see exactly where MSPs are placing their bets. Unsurprisingly, AI is a common theme, followed by security and automation.
From Florida to Barcelona, each one of these MSP events tackles the stuff that’s keeping you up at night, and the opportunities worth waking up for early.
Attending all of these events would cost you thousands of dollars so make sure you pick your battles. If you’re looking to upgrade your cybersecurity skills, Zero Trust World in February might be your first stop. Looking to completely reimagine your service delivery to reach more customers? MSP GLOBAL in Barcelona could spark that change. Need to stay on top of regional trends? Go for the Managed Services Summit Series that offers free entry for qualifying MSPs.
The smart move is to book early. With in-person events making a strong comeback, you’ll want to secure your spot before the conference sells out. Start with one that aligns best with your 2025 business goals and make sure you set time aside for both the sessions and networking opportunities.
After all, the future of managed services and digital transformation won’t be discussed over Zoom calls, it will happen in theme parks, labs, and packed expo halls. See you there.
