Alona is responsible for the CEO operations and rhythm of business. Alona oversees internal communications, Acronis culture, corporate initiatives, government relations, and special cross-company projects. She also brings a passion for diversity and women in leadership, leading the Women in Tech program that helps elevate women’s careers within the Acronis community through mentorship opportunities. Before Acronis, Alona spent 11 years at Microsoft, serving as a Chief of Staff for Global Services at Microsoft HQ as well as leading several divisions. Alona holds a Master’s Degree in Economics.
