As a former CFO, Hillary specializes in structuring financial solutions that meet clients’ strategic and operational objectives. As an Internet services veteran, she has been active in the Cloud, MSP, and web hosting M&A arena since the industry’s inception. She maintains long-term relationships with a wide network of prospective buyers and sellers and closely monitors valuation, technology and pricing trends. She is a popular conference speaker.
