Jeff knows tech. More to the point, Jeff understands the people, channels, markets, and business models across the entire tech stack — from the board room to the service desk and server racks. In addition to more than two decades in technology leadership, he has a bachelor’s degree in Communications Studies and a masters in Economics and his experience has focused on messaging and human behavior.
At Acronis, Jeff is Manager of Global Service Provider Solutions – helping MSPs understand cybersecurity while increasing their ARR from his little corner of paradise in the Caribbean.
