Rick Yates is the Director of EMEA at ContraForce. He specialises in helping MSPs navigate the fast-evolving technology landscape to enhance their businesses, in turn driving success for themselves and their clients. More specifically, he has worked closely with IT service business leaders to identify, profile and focus on the vast commercial opportunity that exists in the cybersecurity space. He was formerly the founder and MD of MSP dedicated distributor Zedpshere, and spent over a decade helping MSPs adopt tools from vendors like Proofpoint, Webroot, Axcient, NinjaRMM and many more.
